The Motel in Montrose is located within walking distance of restaurants, gas and convenience stores, grocery store, liquor stores, and less than a mile away from several department stores.
This property offers a very family friendly and homey environment. With it’s freshly painted green exterior, cream trim, and welcoming red doors, this property is very clean and attractive. In the summer the flowers bloom in hanging planters along the walks for added beauty. This property also features a child play area and covered outdoor sitting area.

The motel in Montrose offers several full kitchen units that are complete with oven/stove combinations, full size refrigerator/freezers, kitchen sink with garbage disposal, and in room coffee makers. The motel will provide guests with all accessories needed to facilitate the kitchen units for no additional charge. There is a small deposit required which will be refunded at check-out as long as the kit is returned without damage.
We also offer rooms without kitchens. These rooms do include a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker for our guests convenience.
