We have two locations one in Grand Junction and another only 69 miles away in Montrose. Our property in Grand Junction is located at 721 Horizon Drive. We have 53 units available, all of which have a microwave, refigerator, and in room coffee. The property features a childrens playground and an outdoor heated pool, which is open the first week of May and closes at the end of September.
The address of our Montrose location is 1480 S. Townsend Ave. and has 51 units avalible featuring an indoor heated pool and hot tub and is open year round, and we have an outdoor childrens play area. For the extended stay traveler we have full kitchen units available. Each kitchen includes: full size refrigerators, oven/stove combinations, microwaves, kitchen sink with garbage disposal, coffee maker, and additional cabinet space.We do provide dishkits for these rooms at no additional cost, although deposit is required. All other rooms are complete with coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator.
Both locations have onsite laundry facilities, smoking and non-smoking rooms, Wi-Fi, and continental breakfast.
